January is eponymous with a new start. So whether you’re dusting off the juicer or making bigger changes like applying your new-year-new-you mantra to your working life – perhaps you’re shaking up your salon marketing or your mobile business could use a boost) – now it’s a great time to do it.
With that in mind, in part two of our interview with The Apprentice star Charleine Wain (you can watch part one here), we ask her to reveal her tips and tricks for a new-year business boost.
Charleine shares her honest account of the blood, sweat and tears (and, let’s face it, a whole lot of hairspray) that goes into opening a salon, making this a must-watch for any budding salon entrepreneurs. The Apprentice star touches on the controversial subject of vouchers, which she believes are useful in the beginning of a business, but once your salon is established it’s best to reward your clients in other ways.
Don’t miss: Charleine will be back to show you how to recreate her famous boardroom braids.
