Returns

We hope that you have been happy with your recent purchase, however sometimes we know you need to return an item to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason our returns policy will apply.

Our returns policy

Products purchased with us can be returned to us via our Customer Contact Centre or to any one of our stores. Dyson products can only be returned via our Customer Contact Centre. Please read the policy below carefully to make sure you meet all the conditions.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your recent purchase, you can return your product to us within 30 days from of either their delivery to you, collection from store (click and collect) or your purchase in store. Products must be returned to us unused, in perfect resaleable condition, including in original and undamaged packaging.

  • For returns within 14 days, we can offer you a full refund, via the original payment method. Please note initial delivery charges and return costs are reimbursed when the full order is returned.
  • For returns between 15 to 30 days, you will be offered an exchange product only. Initial delivery costs will not be refunded.

Which products are excluded and cannot be returned?

Certain products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Any product which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed;
  • Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces, body jewellry, earrings or piercing tools, foot spas, scissors, blades, clipper blades and manicure/pedicure tools.
  • Any made-to-measure, custom made or special order products
  • Gift Vouchers/Cards

Products which are given free or as part of an offer, cannot be exchanged unless the full offer is returned. When, due to a return of goods, you no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free item, you must return the item together with the returned goods.

Dyson products must be returned via our Customer Contact Centre. Our stores cannot accept Dyson returns.

How can I make my return?

1. RETURN ONLINE VIA OUR CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE

For online only purchases we will require you to inform us of your wish to return a product via our Customer Contact Centre. Please complete the form on the link below to request authorization to return your products to us. NB: In store and click & collect purchases cannot be returned via our Customer Contact Centre.

We will email you within 2 working days to give you guidance on next steps as well as a Returns Authorisation Number.

We can arrange for a returns label to be sent to you. The cost of returning your product will be deducted from any refund amount due.

  • For a returns label for UK Only: £5 + vat
  • Collection at chosen address, UK Mainland: £11 + vat per box
  • Collection at chosen address, Northern Ireland/Highlands and Islands: £20 + vat per box

Please note equipment is excluded from these prices and we can provide a quote on request.


2. RETURN TO A STORE

You can return a product to any one of our stores free of charge if you have purchased in store, or bought online. This option does not apply to Dyson products or large/bulky furniture or equipment where you will need to contact us directly to arrange a return.

You will need to present the product together with your proof of purchase.

Click & Collect

If you would like to return item(s) from your click & collect order you can return them to any of our stores for an exchange or refund. If your click & collect order was paid via PayPal, you must return to the original collection store. The store will action your refund request to our central customer service team.

What if my product is faulty?

If you are requesting a return because a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Contact Centre as soon as possible after discovery of the fault.

We offer a one year commercial warranty for faulty products from the date of receipt of the products. The commercial warranty applies when the fault existed at time of purchase and excludes faults caused by improper use of the product.

Where products are proven to be faulty we reserve the right to repair or replace the product or to provide you with a refund, in our absolute discretion.

Any refund will include the price of the faulty product, any applicable delivery charges paid by you and your reasonable costs in returning the product to us. Please note that if you ordered several items in your order your delivery charge might still apply and will not necessarily be refunded.

You will need to present the product together with proof of purchase. If possible please take a pictures of the damage.

You can also return the faulty product to any of our stores. Please note, online orders paid by PayPal can be returned to store for an exchange product only. Dyson products or large/bulky furniture or equipment can only be returned via our Customer Contact Centre.

Store purchase and online click and collect orders must be returned to store.

What if there are problems with my delivery?

In case there are any discrepancies or damages with your delivery (such as damaged items, wrong or missing items,...) please contact our Customer Contact Centre within 2 working days of receipt.
