Christmas Deliveries 2023
Order by 5pm on 20th December for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after 5pm on 20th December may not arrive till after Christmas.
Whilst our warehouse is open and will be dispatching orders between Christmas and New Year it will be on more limited hours to allow for employee holidays. Our full service will not resume until 2nd January, so it might take a few days for us to catch up and get back to our normal service, but rest assured we will be working through all orders as quickly as possible.
For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days.
If you need your items more quickly, over 5500 products are available to order on Click and collect. With orders usually ready to collect in 3 hours. Check your local store opening hours before you travel, as during this period our stores might be operating slightly different hours to usual. Last Click & Collect orders for Christmas must be placed by 10am on 24th December. - check your local store opening hours as not all stores are open on Christmas Eve.
Standard delivery charges apply (excluding equipment) for Channel Islands and Isle of Man £10 (ex vat) and £12 inc VAT
*Free delivery excludes all REM items and items over 30kg. Individual delivery charges will be shown in your basket. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Prices exclude VAT. Special order furniture/equipment delivery times may vary.
**This is a flat fee. You may purchase more than one REM and/or 30kg product as well as other products and the total delivery charge will be £20 (ex VAT). Some areas including highlands and islands will be quoted POA. Free delivery does not apply.
Delivery when purchasing furniture and smaller items in the same order
Please note that pallet deliveries for our equipment direct products could take up to 5-7 days to arrive. Items may arrive on separate days due to some stock being stored at our warehouse and other stock being sent directly from our suppliers. If this applies to you, this will be flagged at the checkout.

Click and Collect
Our Click & Collect service is now available across the UK, and is designed to help busy freelancers and salon professionals just like you. The easy to use service lets you choose from over 5,500 hair and beauty products, and then collect your order in-store on the same day in as little as three hours (on orders placed before 2:30pm). Giving you total flexibility, Click & Collect also means no delivery fee or minimum spend.
If your schedule suddenly changes then there’s also no need to worry. We’ll keep your order safely in-store for up to seven days, and we also promise a full refund if it’s not collected in that time. So whether you need some last minute products before your next client appointment or just need to stock up, Click & Collect gives you the confidence to get everything you need for your business before you step out of the door.

Delivery to an address of your choice with DPD
We use DPD for our standard deliveries.
- On despatch of your order you will receive an email confirming your tracking number.
- We strongly recommend downloading the DPD App which will enable you to be kept informed of your delivery as well as allowing you to manage your delivery – such as changing delivery address, or day of delivery or leave instructions for the driver.
- Please note that when requesting to ‘leave in a safe place’ you are doing so at your own risk and we accept no liability for lost or stolen goods.
If you are not present when DPD attempts to deliver your order and no suitable alternative instructions have been provided in some instances DPD will deliver to your nearest DPD pick up shop which they will notify you of. In the unlikely event of non-delivery of your order, please notify us within 14 days of the date of our invoice. We will not accept any claims made outside of this time frame and delivery is deemed to have been made.
Kerb side delivery
For large items and/or orders you are advised to have assistance on hand as couriers will only deliver to premises kerb side and will not enter premises or deliver up or down stairs.
