Description
The 2 in 1 Holographic Top Coat transforms gel polish shades with a stunning, multi-dimensional glitter effect. Create statement nails without the need for additional top coats! No wipe finish.
Directions for Use
Apply 1-2 thin coats. Cure each coat 30 seconds under a Gellux LED lamp or 2 min under a UV lamp.
