XP Cool Blonde Instant Neutralising Fluid instantly neutralises copper and yellow tones. Ideal for blonde, bleached or grey hair & provides cool blonde in just 10 Seconds. Best to wash hair with a gentle shampoo. Apply to wet hair and distribute evenly. Leave on for 10 seconds and then rinse. Repeat if necessary.
