Description
Blondme Bond Enforcing White Blending shades are custom-made to be used for lifting and white blending in 1 step; with integrated Bond Enforcing Technology, it protects the hair structure during processing for minimised hair breakage. White Blending shades deliver up to 4 levels of lift and are suitable for use on a natural base 6 and lighter with 30% or more white hair.
Directions for Use
Mix Bond Enforcing White Blending cream 1:1 with Premium Developer 12% / 40 Vol. for natural bases 6 or 7, mix 1:1 with 9% / 30 Vol. for natural bases 8 and lighter.
