Description

Creating a cool tone direction, Igora Vibrance 9-24 Extra Light Blonde Ash Beige is a demi-permanent tone-on-tone hair colour product providing up to 50% white hair blending. The Activator System allows you to choose from either a quick application with a gel, or a more precise application with a cream, and thanks to the Moisture Protecting Complex, it offers up to 100% more shine* plus hair protection. What's more, the Igora Vibrance assortment harmoniously matches the equivalent Igora Royal shades for dual applications.
