All Colorwear shades can cover 100% grey hair by changing the mixing ratio with Oxid’o from 1:2 to 1:1 and extending the processing time to 40 minutes. Despite the fact that Colorwear can cover grey hair perfectly, for 100% grey hair coverage we recommend using minimum 10 volumes because this guarantees the total development of dyes and 20 volumes if you want to achieve a more vibrant result of warm shades. The choice of peroxide volumes will always be related to the target result. WARNING: because it has no lightening power, choose the shade after making an accurate diagnosis of the hair. Despite the fact that no lightening power is declared, the new alkaliser (arginine) has the capacity to lighten the hair’s natural color. When mixed with maximum 20 vol. it could lighten the natural color by one quarter of a level. The new Color Wear formula was specifically formulated to be mixed with 5, 10 and 20 vol. maximum. It is not recommended to mix with 40 vol. because the color performance cannot be guaranteed.
