Description
The Alfaparf Milano Color Wear Gloss Toner is a high performing demi-permanent toner that offers true to tone colour while gently treating hair. The easy to use liquid formula is 100% vegan and contains no ammonia or silicones, instead featuring a special blend of patented arginine technology and apple vinegar. Together they repair the hair fiber after the colour process while reducing the pH to deliver a radiant shine. The conditioning complex eliminates frizz and static, leaving hair smooth and soft with a vibrant new colour.

Directions for Use
Mixing ratio of 2:1 (2 parts Liquid gloss toner activator 9.5vol to 1 part Liquid colour. Development time 5-20 minutes - No heat required.
