Have stubborn cuticles? This glycerin-enriched formula, with OPI calming MoodBloom Scent Technology™, helps smooth and soften cuticles, making them a breeze to push back.
Directions for Use
Apply a small amount to cuticles and allow to soften for 2 to 3 minutes. Gently push back cuticles and remove excess skin. Wash hands to remove residue.
