Description
OPI I'm Dreaming collection introduces a range of shimmery sheer pastels designed to bring a dreamy aesthetic to your nails. This collection features 12 new permanent shades available in Nail Lacquer and 12 new permanent shades in the Infinite Shine line.

Directions for Use
After prepping nails, apply one coat of Infinite Shine Gel-Like Base Coat. Apply two thin coats of colour to each nail, ensuring you brush some polish on the free edge to prevent chipping. Top it off with one coat of Infinite Shine Gel-Like Top Coat. Don't forget to cap the free edge!
