Add this quick drying formula to your manicure as the perfect base, for a glossy finish and amazing shine or to ensure your manicure has long lasting durability. Vegan and 9-Free.

Directions for Use
1. Apply 1 coat of Nail Envy Start To Finish.
2. Shake your chosen OPI Nail Lacquer shade to properly mix the pigment.
3. Apply 2 thin coats to each nail, allowing to dry between coats.
4. Apply 1 coat of Nail Envy Start To Finish, and cap the free edge.
5. Once nails are dry, apply a drop of OPI ProSpa Nail and Cuticle Oil to your cuticle area and massage it in. Reapply Cuticle Oil on the daily to keep them nourished. Twice a day is even better. For ultimate nail repair, apply 1 coat of OPI Repair Mode Nail Serum to clean, bare nails before starting your mani.
