Safflower Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Cotton Seed Oil along with Vitamin E and botanical extracts keep cuticles healthy and hydrated. In a large salon-size tilt bottle with dropper and presentation box.

Directions for Use
Apply one drop to each cuticle and massage gently. Can be used daily.
