Description
Take clients from roaring rainbows and pretty pastels back their original blonde base. In just 30 minutes or less this creamy, non drip formula will remove the existing color taking the hair back to its pre-lightened blonde state.
Directions for Use
To one sachet of Back To Base Color Remover add 2 parts 10 Vol Developer. In a non-metallic bowl fold the mixture together until it forms a paste. Section the hair and working in one-inch sections, apply to the hair. Leave to develop for 30 minutes, checking the hair regularly to assess progress. To remove, shampoo hair thoroughly.
