Description
Wunderbar Blond De-Light Performance is a dust-free bleaching powder that achieves a perfect lightening of 9 levels or more through targeted release of active oxygen, starting from a soft reflex up to extreme highlighting. Includes vegan plex and anti-yellow molecules for optimal hair condition and clear bleaching results.
Directions for Use
Mix with Wunderbar Cream Peroxide in a non-metallic bowl. Mixing ratio 1:2 to 1:1 - depending on the desired application technique and level of lift. Development time: max. 50 min.
