Description
The Matrix Cream Oxidant Developer is designed to be used in conjunction with Matrix SoColor hair colour. The rich, creamy consistency offers gentle, controlled lightening action. The 20 Vol strength provides up to 2 levels of lift, and is ideal for use with the SoColor Extra Coverage Range. The formula is fully stabilised and buffered to ensure consistent, uniform colour results.
Directions for Use
Use with SoColor Beauty colour, with a mixing ratio of 1:1.
