The Welloxon Perfect developer range is the ideal partner for achieving the best colour results with the Koleston Perfect, Blondor and Illumina colour ranges. Available in different volumes for all services possibilities, (6%, 9% and 12%).

Aqua/ Water/ Eau, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Salicylic Acid, Disodium Phosphate, Phosphoric Acid, Etidronic Acid.
