The Cool Blondes Neutralising Range with 3D Bond Creation Technology helps to build new bonds. The purple toning formulas help to remove brassiness, enhance cool tonal directions and neutralise yellow undertones.

Directions for Use
On towel dried hair, cleanse with BlondMe Shampoo, shake well and spray after. Leave in. On dry hair, apply and restyle after.
