Directions for Use
For off-scalp mixing, mix 1 part Light Master Level 8 Bleach Lightening Powder with Bonder Inside with 1 part Matrix Cream Developer. For on-scalp mixing, mix 1 part Light Master Level 8 Bleach Lightening Powder with Bonder Inside with 2 parts Matrix Cream Developer.
