1. Apply shampoo to scalp and gently massage evenly. Rinse thoroughly.
2. Rub conditioner from roots to ends. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Apply the treatment to scalp and hair, from roots to ends. Do not rinse.
4. Use the complete system at least 3 times a week for visible results.
