It is made of extra soft, skin-friendly high-tech silicone. Silcopad adheres to the skin in such a way, that when it is removed, it will not remove any previously applied makeup. It can also be used as a stencil for the lower eye line for better control and perfect results. Self-adhering, even after applying base makeup.
