Dimensional Foiling: Step By Step
Prepare your colour palette and divide the hair into sections in preparation for applying the foils.
Take horizontal slices from the nape up to the parting and gently backcomb for a diffused highlight and apply your lightening formula.
Apply the root melt formula and comb through with a wide tooth comb to create a smooth transition. Apply your lengths and ends formula, smoothly blending into the root formula to ensure a seamless blend.
If the hair is lighter and you want to break up more of the blonde add some panels or thick weaves in-between your backcombed slices with your root formula, for a more lowlighted effect.
