Directions for Use
Apply an OPI base coat. We recommend Nail Envy if the nails require treatment, Start to Finish or Natural Nail Base Coat. Apply two coats of your chosen OPI colour. Finish with either OPI Top Coat or RapiDry Top Coat to seal in the great colour.
