It helps to achieve up to 9 levels of lift, quicker, with lower volume developers, and leaves hair feeling softer to the touch after shampooing and when dry. The oil-base in the developer also offers optimal mixing and application due to its creamy consistency. Blond Studio Oil-developers from L’Oréal Professionnel are formulated to be used exclusively with the Blond Studio 9 levels lightening powder to activate the lifting agents.

Directions for Use
Use exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder. Mix in 1:1 ratio (30g of powder with 30ml of Oil-Developer) for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired results. Do not exceed the recommended development time and do not apply heat.
