Description
Providing workable, medium hold, OSiS Elastic hairspray ensures the right balance of style maintenance, with a layerable formula that is easy to brush out without flaking.
Directions for Use
Use the medium hold hairspray in short bursts on dry hair from approx. 30cm/12in.
