    This interactive course will provide you with all the information and skills required to enable you to offer an ear piecing service to your clients, all delivered through a LIVE practical webinar.<br></li> </ul><br> <b>Course Description </b><br> Prior to your webinar you will receive the following pre-learning to familiarise yourself with: <br><ul><li> Training Manual including step-by-step guides </li> <li> An animated tutorial video </li> </li> <br> <b>The LIVE practical webinar session will cover the following: </b><br><ul><li> Overview of the Caflon Equipment & required PPE </li> <li> Licencing, Insurance and Age Restrictions </li> <li> Client care, preparation and contraindications </li> <li> Demonstration of all steps by the tutor </li> <li> Preparation and piercing of your model to be assessed by the tutor </li> </ul > <br> <b>Key Learnings:</b><br><ul> <li> The skills and knowledge required to complete an ear lobe piercing </li> <li> Full understanding of the Caflon Range, stud selection and styles available </li> </ul> <br> <b>Additional Information: </b><br><ul> <li> Students and models must be at least 16 years of age </li> <li> The live webinar lasts up to 2 hours </li> <li> Models are required during the live webinar 30 minutes into the session to pierce their 1st, 2nd or 3rd ear lobe hole </li> <li> Following your live webinar an online quiz will need to be completed, this finalises your qualification and issues your accredited certification via post </li> <li> Students will receive a welcome email from Caflon within 48 hours of booking </li> <li> Students are required to purchase the below kit items and have a laptop or tablet to use for the live webinar delivered over the Zoom platform </li> <li> If you do not an have existing public liability insurance policy we recommend that you purchase student insurance before attending this course </li> <li><b> Please Note: To conduct this service, you will be required to obtain a licence from your local council, fees vary by area. </b></li> </ul>

How do I enrol for online training?

  • 1. Purchase your course. You can browse all courses here.

  • 2. You should receive email confirmation of your enrolment onto your course from the course provider (this should be within 48hrs of booking, excluding weekends & Bank Holidays).

  • 3. For courses that include starter kits they will be posted out alongside an access code to the online learning platform by the provider. For all other courses your training provider will let you know when you will receive access to the pre-course work- it should be roughly a week before your course is due to begin.

  • 4. Complete all your pre-course work: this will include reading material, video content, step by step tutorial videos and quiz assessments.

  • 5. Attend your live webinar session

  • 6. You will receive notification of your result and an accredited certificate when you pass your course. Once received, please pass the certificate on to your insurance provider to update your insurance with your new skill.
