Lipopeptides can also repair the cuticle and form what is known as a “biometic cuticle”. Chia seeds are a nutritional powerhouse composed of 23% protein, which can help restore and strengthen the hair. Also, Chia seeds increase elasticity and repair damaged hair. Chia seeds are a great source of zinc and copper as well, which play a crucial role in the generation of new hair cells and help promote hair growth / HYDROLYZED WHEAT PROTEIN : Proteins, restructure and repair hair. Hydrolyzed wheat protein is an excellent source of non-animal protein and is easily absorbed into the hair. It adds volume and body to the hair by penetrating the hair fiber and enhancing hydration.
