Ion Pastel Creme Developer is a high performance peroxide for pastel hair colouring and bleaching. Specially developed to be mixed with Ion Semi-Permanent Pastel creme hair colour in a 1:1 ratio and formulated with Limnanthes Alba (White Meadowfoam) seed oil; a conditioning agent known for enhancing the hair s natural gloss and improving texture. This active ingredient forms a protective film on the hair which helps to retain moisture and prevent dehydration throughout the colouring process. Hair is left feeling beautifully soft and manageable with a healthy body and glossy shine.
