Directions for Use
Apply to towel dried hair from mid lengths to ends and leave for 3-5 minutes. For severly damaged hair, allow an extra 7-10 minutes before rinsing with warm water. Adding heat will intensify the treatment.

Got this for my daughter hair she had bleached her hair over the last year n her hair was like chewing gum only used thos once so far and what a difference only thing i did was leave it in over night then rinsed it off
