Despite having an IPhone SE which was compatible (I checked), the SUM UP card reader didn't work. I took it straight back for a refund. I also called SUM UP call centre for help and was met by a very aggressive, rude and arrogant person called Dimitri. I complained and said my problem was not resolved but the manager replied and said he was pleased my problem WAS resolved. So they don't read people's emails and don't listen to customers. That said, it's SUMUP's fault - not Salon Services.
