Delivery & Collection

We are currently offering up to 1-2 working days for delivery for orders placed between Tuesday to Friday (up until 5pm). For orders placed between 5pm Friday and 5pm Monday please allow an extra working day for delivery.

For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days.

Additionally, please note that pallet deliveries for our equipment direct products could take 7-14 days to arrive. This is because our pallet delivery service is dealing with an extraordinary surge in volumes of pallet deliveries across the UK. This has inevitably impacted on our high level of service with sending our equipment and unfortunately some unavoidable delays in relation to our delivery schedules

Christmas Delivery

Order by 5pm on 21st December for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after 5pm on 21st December may not arrive till after Christmas.

Our warehouse will be closed from 24th – 28th December inclusive – so orders placed during this time will not be dispatched before 29th December. It might take us a few days to catch up. Our warehouse will then be closed 1st – 3rd January – and so orders placed during this time will not be dispatched before 4th January.

It might take a few days for us to catch up and get back to our normal service, but rest assured we will be working through all orders as quickly as possible when we are back.

If you need your items more quickly, over 2500 products are available to order on Click and collect. With orders usually ready to collect in 3 hours. Check your local store opening hours before you travel, as during this period our stores might be operating slightly different hours to usual.

Delivery to an address of your choice with DPD

We use DPD for our standard deliveries. In despatch of your order you will receive an email confirming your tracking number and by downloading the DPD App will be able to be kept informed of your delivery and allow you to change address, change day of delivery or leave instructions for the driver.

Please note that when requesting to ‘leave in a safe place’ you are doing so at your own risk and we accept no liability for lost or stolen goods.

In the case of non-delivery of your order, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of our invoice. We will not accept any claims made outside of this time frame and delivery is deemed to have been made.

*Free delivery excludes all REM items and items over 30kg. Individual delivery charges will be shown in your basket. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Prices exclude VAT. Special order furniture/equipment delivery times may vary.

**This is a flat fee. You may purchase more than one REM and/or 30kg product as well as other products and the total delivery charge will be £20 (ex VAT). Free delivery does not apply. Deliver to Store is not available.

Delivery when purchasing furniture and smaller items in the same order

Items may arrive on separate days due to some stock being stored at our warehouse and other stock being sent directly from our suppliers. If this applies to you, this will be flagged at the checkout.

Click and Collect

Our brand new Click & Collect service is now available across the UK, and is designed to help busy freelancers and salon professionals just like you. The easy to use service lets you choose from over 2,500 hair and beauty products, and then collect your order in-store on the same day in as little as three hours (on orders placed before 2.30pm). Giving you total flexibility, Click & Collect also means no delivery fee or minimum spend.

If your schedule suddenly changes then there’s also no need to worry. We’ll keep your order safely in-store for up to seven days, and we also promise a full refund if it’s not collected in that time. So whether you need some last minute products before your next client appointment or just need to stock up, Click & Collect gives you the confidence to get everything you need for your business before you step out of the door.

Kerb side delivery

For large items and/or orders you are advised to have assistance on hand as couriers will only deliver to premises kerb side and will not enter premises or deliver up or down stairs. If you require assisted delivery into premises or up or down stairs please contact us so we can make suitable arrangements. An excess delivery charge will apply for this service. You must ensure that any obstacles, such as doorways, are catered for.

Deliver to Store

Our Deliver to Store service is available. This service operates from our warehouse, the delivery time frames of this can be seen at the top of this page.

1. Place your order online. As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of Home Delivery or Deliver to Store (if available for the product you have selected). Simply select one of your local stores, or enter a town or postcode for a choice of nearby stores that offer this service.

2. We will let you know when your order arrives in your chosen store. You will receive a 'ready for collection' email.

3. Head to store till point or speak to a member of staff to pick up your order.
