Course Duration - 10am to 5pm each day.
The course will last for 4 days with a two week gap between days two and three.
Our highly skilled educator will start by going through all of the necessary client consultation, health and safety, anatomy and physiology and contraindications, before commencing nail preparation, shaping and following on to two different types of tip application and blending.
Throughout the course you will be working on your chosen system while delving into the chemistry that makes it unique and different.
Filing, shaping and finishing is also covered.A two week break is given and it is essential that you practise a minimum of six full sets, prior to returning on the course. You should keep records of any problems you encounter to discuss on your return.
Upon your return to the classroom, the course will begin with a troubleshooting session and a recap of what you have learnt. You will also cover infilling and rebalancing, white tip application and white product application, product removal and a sculpting demonstration.
Finally, a written and practical exam is required to ensure that you have met the necessary Guild requirements. Time will be available at the end of the course to cover business and retail advice, and will conclude with additional skill building, demonstrations and innovative new nail techniques.
