Delivery & Collection

Current Despatch and Delivery Times for Republic of Ireland

 

All orders to the Republic of Ireland are dispatched from our UK warehouse and all orders go through customs clearance which can sometimes cause delay.

Delivery Timelines

  

* If the order total at checkout is less than €100 (ex VAT) after any discount is applied you will not qualify for free delivery. Free delivery excludes all REM items and items over 30kg. Individual delivery charges will be shown in your basket. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Prices exclude VAT. Special order furniture/equipment delivery times may vary.

 

 

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery for orders placed between Tuesday to Friday (up until 5pm), working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. For orders placed between 5pm on Friday and 5pm on Monday, please allow an extra working day for delivery. Please note, customs delays which are outside of our control may impact these timings.

 

 

Furniture/ large items

 

Selected REM products, and items over 30kg or items deemed too bulky for our regular service, a pallet delivery charge will be added to your order. For products deemed too bulky, this will be communicated on the product page, stating there is a special delivery charge.

 

Pallet deliveries for our Equipment Direct products could take up to 7-10 days to arrive.

For Special order equipment sent direct by supplier please refer to our product page for estimated delivery timescales.

 

 

Delivery when purchasing furniture and smaller items in the same order

 

Items may arrive on separate days due to some stock being stored at our warehouse and other stock being sent directly from our suppliers. If this applies to you, this will be flagged at the checkout.

 

 

Product restrictions for Republic of Ireland

 

Please since 1st January 2021 there are new restrictions of what can be delivered to ROI from our UK warehouse. All exclusions are called out on the relevant product pages so please check before you purchase for ROI delivery.

 

 

Messages from DPD, our courier:

 

We have been informed that there has been a message error from our courier DPD and some customers may receive an email/text reminder for import duties to be paid. This charge is covered by us, therefore if you have received any notification from DPD in relation to this please contact us using this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

 

Delivery to an address of your choice with DPD



We use DPD for our standard deliveries.

·      On despatch of your order you will receive an email confirming your tracking number.

·      We strongly recommend downloading the DPD App which will enable you to be kept informed of your delivery as well as allowing you to manage your delivery – such as changing delivery address, or day of delivery or leave instructions for the driver.

·      Please note that when requesting to ‘leave in a safe place’ you are doing so at your own risk and we accept no liability for lost or stolen goods.



If you are not present when DPD attempts to deliver your order and no suitable alternative instructions have been provided in some instances DPD will deliver to your nearest DPD pick up shop which they will notify you of.



In the unlikely event of non-delivery of your order, please notify us within 14 days of the date of our invoice. We will not accept any claims made outside of this time frame and delivery is deemed to have been made

 

 

Kerb side delivery



For large items and/or orders you are advised to have assistance on hand as couriers will only deliver to premises kerb side and will not enter premises or deliver up or down stairs.
