Click & Collect

With our Click & Collect service, your item(s) are sent straight from our warehouse (not picked from our store shelves), so this allows you to access hundreds of products not stocked in your local store.

Delivery Costs and Times

Click & Collect follows the stated lead times and delivery charges outlined in the standard delivery policy.

Click & Collect is free on all UK orders over £30 (ex VAT)*
For orders under £30 (ex VAT) Click & Collect will be charged at £3.75 (ex VAT)*
If the order total at checkout is less than £30 (ex VAT) after any discount is applied you will not qualify for free Click & Collect*

*Excluding college kits. Delivery times exclude weekends. Prices exclude VAT. When ordering on a VAT Free day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery to your chosen store.

How to use Click & Collect

1. Place your order online. As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or Click & Collect (if available for the product(s) you have selected). Please select one of your local stores, or enter a town or postcode for a choice of nearby stores that offer this service.

2. We will let you know when your order arrives in your chosen store. You will receive a 'ready for collection' email.

3. Please head to store till point or speak to a member of staff to pick up your order.

How to collect your order

When you collect your order you must bring with you the order number (included in your order confirmation email) and the name of the person who placed the order.

Collect within 7 days

Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your ‘ready for collection’ email. After this date, your order will be cancelled, your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund your purchase. Delivery charges paid by you will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to reach our refund point, plus 3-5 working days for the card provider to credit your account.

Exclusions

The Click & Collect service is available for the majority of, but not all, items online. Please check the individual product page(s) to see whether the item is available for this service. If the product is not available, the 'Click & Collect' icon will show a red cross. Click & Collect will only be available if all items in your basket are available for this service.

Your Click & Collect order will be available to pick up in the majority of, but not all, of our stores. Please check the individual store details in our Store Locator to see whether the store is available for this service. If the store is not available, it will be highlighted at the point of store selection for your Click & Collect order.

You will receive an email when your Click & Collect order is ready for collection from your chosen store. We will do our absolute best to meet our stated delivery lead times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and demand.

Please note, once you have placed your order for Click & Collect, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Returns & Refunds

You can return a product in one of the following ways:

3. Return the product(s) to any one of our stores, along with your delivery paperwork
