Sally Salon Services Terms and Conditions for Training Courses
- Training Courses must be paid for in full at time of booking the course
- Credit Card payments made by telephone must be made by the cardholder. We will not accept these payment details from a third party.
- Customers must supply their name, address and telephone number at time of booking
- Sally Salon Services cannot accept provisional bookings
- It may be necessary for Sally Salon Services to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient numbers. In the event of this happening an alternative date will be offered (should the alternative dates not suit then Sally Salon Services will refund any monies paid).
- Should you fail to attend a booked and paid for course then no refund will be given
- Sally Salon Services reserve the right to decline applications.
- All information and prices are correct at time of publishing however details may be subject to change.
- Sally Salon Services will not accept any loss as a result of claims due to negligence on your part. We do not have insurance to cover you in the event of a claim being made against you. It is your responsibility to secure your own insurance policy.
- You will be required to supply your own working equipment for practical Hair Courses including brushes, combs, dryer, gown (scissors for Cutting Courses)
- When bringing your own Electrical Equipment please ensure it has a safety certificate (complying with Electrical Safety at Work Regulations under the Health and Safety Act)
- Prior to the course you must check with the Store that any kit required for the day is in stock
- Where appropriate you will be responsible for ensuring your model(s) has been skin tested with the relevant product you will be using in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (including but not limited to the stipulated time period) prior to any colouring Courses
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have read all course requirements and ensure you have followed any guidelines given within the prospectus.
